Hacking is never ok and that seem to be samp sync fault because ammar is not shooting at you in the first video and killing on that moving object might make you unable to make damage to someonel.

If you shoot at someone and he don't die, it doesn't tell that he is using health hack, SAMP's sync is like that. I think Ammar was sarcastic when he said "Ok i use hack." If I say that I own a mansion and that i went to Mars yesterday, do you believe me? And like everyone has already said, you are the hacker here. And if you don't like to play on this server then i don't know why you are complaining about this....
