Donating is easiest way otherwise just play it can be possible to get promoted someday never knows.
We don't just give randomly admin levels to people so do not ask about other way.

We decide it, you can never know when.

Kinda funny. You don't get admin random. You must deserve the spot, showing respect to other players and show how mature you are. Simple as that.
