Help me, please.

Something's bad. I'm trying to log in the server but all that happens is that it says
Connecting to 217.18.70.170:7777
And after that it says
The server didn't respond. Retrying
Although server is working just fine and players are playing in it.
I tried re-installing GTA:SA
Reinstalling SAMP
Reinstalling them both then restarting.
Restarting a couple of times.
Deleting server and adding it to favourites again.
I even tried rebuilding archives like gta3.img
Changing Nicknames         
Help me please
Edit: Also forgot to say i also swapped internet cables and switched ip's. Still the same stuff.

The first thing that came into my mind is that you would have an older version of SAMP, but if you have tried to reinstall SAMP then that can't be the problem. Does any other server work? And i've heard that the firewall could be the problem too...

Yes they work like a charm.

Hmm...If other servers work for you then i can't think of any possible reason why this one doesn't other than that the server is closed (which it isn't).

Try to connect to server and close server list while game is on.
